We want your shopping experience with The FN Collective to be simple, smooth, and worry-free. Please take a moment to read our delivery and return policy before placing your order.

Delivery

All orders are delivered through Pathao and are expected to arrive within 7 working days of order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier availability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please Check Your Order at Delivery

Your satisfaction matters to us, so we kindly ask you to check your order carefully in front of the delivery person before accepting it.

Please check:

  • The item is the correct product and size.

  • There are no visible defects, stains, tears, or other issues.

  • The item and packaging are in good condition.

If you notice any issue with your order, please return the item immediately to the delivery person.

Once the delivery person has left and the order has been accepted, we will not be able to accept exchanges or returns for issues that could have been identified at the time of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive an item with an eligible issue and return it at the time of delivery, please ensure that the product remains in the exact condition in which you received it.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without their original packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

For an approved return, customers will receive a full refund for the merchandise value, excluding the delivery/shipping charge.

Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to meet our return conditions.

A Little Reminder

We carefully check and pack every order before it leaves us. To make sure we can resolve any issue quickly and fairly, please inspect your order before accepting it from the delivery person.

Thank you for choosing The FN Collective. We truly appreciate your trust and support. ♡
